After twenty to thirty interviews, patterns become clear. If fewer than thirty percent show strong pain, if the problem occurs less than monthly, if no willingness to pay exists, if existing solutions are "good enough," or if the market size is too small, kill the idea. These conditions predict failure with high confidence.

If more than fifty percent show strong pain, if the problem is frequent and costly, if clear willingness to pay exists at specific price points, if existing solutions are inadequate, and if the market is large enough, continue to solution validation. You've proven a problem worth solving exists.

Building this takes four to six hours using tools like Carrd, Webflow, or Framer. The investment is minimal; the learning is substantial.

Driving Targeted Traffic

A landing page without traffic generates no signal. You need 500-1,000 visitors from your target market to understand demand. This happens through direct outreach to interview participants, sharing in relevant communities, posting on LinkedIn with relevant hashtags, and modest paid advertising across Google Ads targeting high-intent keywords, LinkedIn Ads reaching your ideal customer profile, and Facebook Ads using lookalike audiences.
