Where your experience fits

Practical expertise.
Thoughtful collaboration.

01

Business Ownership

A prioritised roadmap with business goals and decision owners. A product backlog with clear scope and acceptance criteria. A review rhythm for outcomes, trade-offs and changing priorities.

02

Project Management

A delivery plan with milestones, dependencies and owners. A shared risk, issue and decision register. Progress reporting and a practical handover plan.

03

Tech Management

A technology roadmap tied to business requirements. An options assessment with delivery risks and dependencies. A rollout plan covering testing, adoption and operational handover.

Selection and vetting

Experience matters.
So does the right fit.

Your profile is the starting point. AEX reviews the experience and work you share, records feedback in your workspace and decides whether the profile is ready for the network. Companies then make their selection for a specific project.

Create your Partner profile
  1. 01

    Build your profile

Create an account, add your experience and project examples, and attach a CV or supporting work samples.

  2. 02

    Submit for AEX review

Submit your completed profile for manual review of your expertise, experience and relevant project work.

  3. 03

    Review the feedback

Follow your application status in the workspace. If AEX requests changes, update your profile and submit it again.

  4. 04

    Set your availability

Once approved, choose whether your profile is visible to companies and keep your availability and areas of expertise current.

  5. 05

    Discuss a specific brief

Explore available projects or respond to an invitation. Share your fit, confirm availability and agree on scope and a proposal before an engagement is accepted.

Profile approval gives you access to the network. Each engagement has its own selection process, scope and agreed terms; approval does not guarantee a project.
